Counseling Department
The mission of the Central High School Counseling Department is to implement a comprehensive, data-driven counseling program that promotes the developmental growth of each student. The program will focus on meeting the personal/social, academic, and career needs of every student while promoting diversity, advocating for equity, and collaborating with other stakeholders to create and maintain a safe learning environment. The CHS counselors provide short-term counseling on an as-needed basis and outside referrals for any long-term counseling needs.
