Cheer Banquet 2026

The Central High School Varsity Cheerleaders recently celebrated the end of their season at the 2026 Cheer End-of-Season Banquet, a special evening dedicated to recognizing the team’s achievements, including their Gameday Routine 6th place national title!

The evening included a meal provided by Chef Guy and the ProStart Students, followed by an awards ceremony recognizing both academic and athletic accomplishments. Twenty-four cheerleaders earned 3.5+ GPA certificates, celebrating their commitment to excellence in the classroom as well as on the sidelines.

Team leadership was recognized as Bailey Logsdon was honored as Captain, alongside Co-Captains Destiny Carr and Camille Jackson.

Several individual awards highlighted standout contributions to the team:

Rookie of the Year: Kaelyn Lytell

Most Improved: Grace Collins

Wildcat Spirit Award: Jules Jarreau

Traditional Routine MVP: Kylah Strickland

Game Day Routine MVP: Kynleigh Farrar

Leadership Award: Lucy Patterson

Coaches’ Award: Lainey Hall

Captains’ Award: Charlee Jackson

A special moment of the evening was the alumni shirt presentation, recognizing seniors for their dedication and years of commitment to the Central High cheer program.

The banquet served as a meaningful way to celebrate the season, recognize achievements, and thank the athletes, coaches, families, and supporters who made the year a success. Congratulations to the CHS Varsity Cheer team on a great season! 🎉📣
