Central High School is proud to recognize alumna Madolyn Brumfield for her outstanding achievement as the 2025–2026 New Teacher of the Year at Zachary Elementary School.
A 4th grade ELA teacher, Brumfield has quickly made a meaningful impact in her classroom and school community. She credits her passion for teaching to the joy of showing up each day and building relationships with her students and coworkers. Her positive attitude and dedication to her craft have set her apart early in her career.
Outside the classroom, Brumfield stays connected to her lifelong love of dance, working as a CHS Kitten's team coach and choreographer.
